How to Submit to the IRB
New projects are strongly discouraged between December 1 and December 20. NO new projects will be reviewed during the blackout period from December 21, 2025 through January 4, 2026.
Beginning on January 5, 2026, new applications must be submitted through Kuali-IRB. See the Transition to Kuali-IRB page for guidance.
Below are instructions for submitting ONLY amendments/continuing reviews/reportable events/closures in IRBNet, applicable only to projects that are already approved in IRBNet.
