Kelly Jiang is the Strategic Intelligence Analyst on the Research Development team. She supports the Research Development Office’s mission by analyzing and identifying research strategic intelligence. 

Kelly holds a Ph.D. in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M University. She has researched the quality of immediate, point-of-service experiences of tourists and youth. Her areas of expertise include experience design, measurement, and data analysis.
