Jaleh Montazer joined the Human Research Protection Office in December 2024. In her current role as an IRB Analyst, she is responsible for reviewing initial applications and assisting with the IRB meetings. She obtained her Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Maryland School of Public Health in May 2021, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health in May 2020. Prior to joining the IRB Office, she worked at NORC at the University of Chicago on a variety of health-related research studies for federal health agencies.
