Financial Oversight Committee (FOS)

The Financial Oversight Committee formulates suggestions for best practices, policies and procedures on research, including governing the administrative infrastructure to be used at the University of Maryland for proposing, accounting and reporting for externally sponsored programs. The committee reviews the operations of the University regarding research administration, implementation and practices that affect faculty ability to conduct research and the manner in which research administration is managed and reported as the need arises.
